Andrew's path in plumbing has taken him from diagnosing problems in occupied homes to building plumbing systems from the ground up, and back again.
He started in residential service, where every home brought a different problem to solve and every diagnosis mattered to the people living with it. He then spent seven years in new construction, working on homes from underground piping through final trim-out. Seeing the process through from beginning to end gave him a deeper understanding of how the pieces fit together and what it takes to build a plumbing system that works as it should.
When Andrew returned to residential service, he brought that broader perspective with him. He could look beyond the immediate problem and consider the system behind it, helping him approach repairs with a more complete understanding of the home.
